Getting User ID and Password Reminders

1. Click I forgot my username or password. The Find Your UserID/Password page appears.

2. Complete the boxes on the page and click the Find My UserID button. A list of users that match your input is displayed.

3. Select the button next to your account and click the Continue button.

4. Enter your answer to the Security Phrase in the Answer box EXACTLY the same way it was entered initially.

5. Click the Continue button. Your user ID and password are displayed.

6. Click Continue. The Georgia Tech Student Information page appears indicating that you are signed in.
