After the Box Office has placed your single or season tickets on hold, you have the option of completing the sale transaction using TicketReturn.
NOTE: If you do not see your on hold tickets listed, contact the Box Office.
When the Box Office has placed tickets on hold for
you, you will see a link at the top of the page. Click the link.
The Tickets On Hold page appears. Select the tickets
you are ready to purchase and click Confirm
Selected Single Tickets.
The next page appears. Click Proceed
to Checkout.
If there are additional items associated with the
transaction, they will be listed. Enter a quantity or amount for desired
items and click Proceed to Checkout
or click No Thanks.
A page appears with your account information. Ensure that the information is correct and click Update Account Information and Proceed.
The Payment Information page appears. Enter your payment
information and click Process Payment.
The next page appears displaying purchase confirmation
information and the tickets are added to your account. If you have
included your email address in your account profile, you will receive
an email confirmation for the transaction. Click the link for an on-screen receipt that you
can print.
TIP: Use the links on this page that allow you to print tickets immediately
after buying them or to transfer tickets to someone else.
